The box pulls from your cloud systems with read-only credentials, processes everything locally, and answers locally. The question for compliance changes from "can we send client PII to a third-party AI vendor?" to "can our own internal server read our own data?" The first is a hard no at most firms. The second is how your file server already works.
Nothing is installed on any laptop. Blink Box serves a web page over your office network, so your team uses their normal managed browser. To your IT policy it is network equipment, not end-user software.
It is structural, not a promise. The model runs on hardware you control, and we will show your IT team exactly what network connections exist (updates in, nothing out). For the strictest environments we offer a full airgap mode where updates arrive on signed media instead of over the network.
We are honest about this: the frontier cloud models are still ahead on the hardest reasoning. But today's open-weight models are excellent at the work firms actually can't send to the cloud: summarizing documents, drafting client communications, extracting data from statements, and answering questions over your own files. The Team and Enterprise tiers run models that surprise people. We demo on your real workflows before you buy.
